Steve Suarez is the CEO of HorizonX, where he advises enterprise leaders on large-scale innovation strategy and the disciplined adoption of emerging technologies. His work focuses on helping organizations move from experimentation to structured deployment across complex operating environments.
He lectures for MIT xPRO’s Quantum Computing Strategy and Impact course, teaching executives how to integrate quantum computing into enterprise roadmaps through experimentation, capability-building, and quantum literacy. Suarez is also the co-founder of The Quantum Index, a benchmarking tool designed to measure and compare enterprise quantum readiness globally.
In addition to his advisory work, Suarez serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, contributing perspective on enterprise transformation and innovation governance, and has been a corporate director on multiple deep tech boards.
